  • What should I bring?
    - Whatever food and drink you want (no glass bottles please) - Sunglasses, sun shirt, hat, and towels - Sunscreen (NON-Aerosol)
  • Where do you pick up from?
We will work with you to identify the most convenient location for your pick-up. We can also pick you up from your own private waterfront residence, waterfront hotel, or rental. Contact us to discuss the pick up option that works best for you!
  • Is pricing per person or for the whole boat?
Our pricing is per boat, not per person. You can have less than capacity, but the price remains the same and we do not combine groups. That means you have the boat to yourselves and will never be combined with another party!
  • What if there's bad weather?
Unless conditions prevent us from taking you out safely, which is at the Captain’s discretion, we will run charters in rain or shine. We guarantee a little liquid sunshine won’t ruin your day! During the summer, we tend to see short bursts of rain often in the afternoons. There are restaurants and other spots where we can wait out these brief storms. If your charter is ended early due to weather (i.e. persistent rain or unsafe conditions like high wind/lightning), SLC will prorate the cost of your charter and provide you with a partial refund. If your charter ends within the final hour, we will not be able to provide a partial refund.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
Guests must request a cancellation at least 3 days prior to scheduled charter date and time. For cancellations requested 48 hours or less ahead of time, we will charge your credit card on file for the total price of the boat charter.
  • Why should I book a private charter instead of a public tour boat?
Our private boat charters are fully customized based on the experience you and your party will enjoy the most. Public boat tours are limited to running the same routes every single day. Seating is limited and often less comfortable, and it can be harder to see the sights and the sunset with so many others onboard. With our private charters, we will work with you to fully customize the areas you want to see, activities you want to do, and time you want to spend on the water.
